"In the past we relied on the standard reply card to glean names of prospective students.  Most of the time it would take four to six days to receive the reply in the mail.  The information would then be processed and routed to one of our recruiters across the country. With all of this, it may have taken two weeks for the student to hear back from us.  Now, with Weatherall's 365Inquiry recruiters are able to  follow up with students within the hour.  We are able to talk to students when their initial interest in our college is at its peak."
